Miller is what an elected official should be
To the editor:
As a young professional in the community, I have never really paid attention to politics because no candidate ever caught my interest and I thought they were all out for a paycheck. This year though, assembly candidate Don Miller has changed my mind on what an elected official should be. I had the opportunity to meet Don and speak with him at length about his views. I told him how many of my college friends did not live here because of the lack of jobs. He took the time to explain to me his thoughts on taxes, the economy and how to bring jobs back here. What I took away from him was that he genuinely cares about the direction of the state and this community. I will be supporting Don Miller this time around.
